Welcome to BBB Academy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our coaching, mentorship, and educational services provided through our website, Discord community, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Service Description
1.1. BBB Academy provides trading and mindset coaching and mentorship centered on our S.H.I.F.T. framework (Schedule, Habits, Income, Faith, Things to Remove) and our trading curriculum. Depending on the subscription level selected, the Service may include self-paced lessons, live trading sessions, 1-on-1 coaching, Discord community access, daily market commentary, and related educational resources.
1.2. BBB Academy does not provide trade signals, buy/sell calls, or personalized investment advice of any kind. All content, commentary, and market discussion provided through the Service — including any discussion of Christian Garr's personal trades or crypto positions — is shared for educational and informational purposes only and reflects the presenter's own views and activity. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument, and should not be relied upon as such.
1.3. BBB Academy is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planning firm. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
2. Subscription and Payments
2.1. BBB Academy offers the following enrollment options:
1-on-1 Mentorship — one-time payment of $9,000.
The Ambush — one-time payment of $3,000, or a financed plan of $199.99/month for 20 months ($3,999.80 total).
Except as required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. See our Coaching Agreement, which you will separately review and sign upon enrollment, for full payment, late-payment, default, and termination terms — those terms govern in the event of any conflict with this summary.
2.2. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. You authorize BBB Academy (or its processor) to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment details and for maintaining sufficient funds.
2.3. BBB Academy may modify pricing for new enrollments at any time. For existing students on a payment plan, your agreed-upon rate under your signed Coaching Agreement will not change without at least 30 days' written notice and your acknowledgment.
3. User Obligations
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when enrolling and to keep it up to date.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord and account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.4. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Discord community rules and guidelines, and all applicable laws.
3.5. You acknowledge that all trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss of some or all invested capital, and that BBB Academy makes no guarantee of any financial outcome, income, or trading result from your use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All content provided through the Service — including lessons, videos, the S.H.I.F.T. framework materials, community resources, and software — is the property of BBB Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
4.2. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as community posts, trade journal entries, or testimonials). By submitting content, you grant BBB Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including using testimonials in marketing. You may request removal of your content from marketing use at any time by contacting us.
5. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimers
5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BBB Academy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content provided.
5.2. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including any results discussed by BBB Academy, its founder, or its students — is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the capital you trade with, and that BBB Academy is not responsible for your trading outcomes.
5.3. BBB Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses or lost profits, to the maximum extent permitted by law. BBB Academy's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois / Kentucky — confirm with your attorney], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
6.2 Relationship to the Coaching Agreement
If you enroll as a paying student, your signed Coaching Agreement governs the specific terms of your enrollment, including payment, late-payment, default, and termination terms. These Terms of Use govern your general use of the website, Discord, and digital Service alongside that Agreement.
6.3 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
6.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
